How does thermal binding work?
We slot your pages into a specialised cover and use heat to activate a glue strip in the spine. This creates a sleek finish with no staples or wires - perfect for a clean, professional look.
When is thermal binding used?
It has a high-end, corporate feel that is perfect for important documents like business proposals, project briefs, property appraisals, or legal reports where you need to make a serious impression.
Why can I only have up to 25 pages?
Because the spines are pre-made, there is a limit to how many can fit into them. If your document is longer than this, we recommend one of our other booklet binding methods.
Should I supply my file as "spreads" or single pages?
Please send your PDF as single pages in the order they will be read. Our software handles the technical process of arranging them so they print in the correct order.
