Refunds, Returns, and Reprints.

All Products are custom-made to order.

Due to the custom nature of printed products, InkPig does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

Refunds, reprints, or other remedies will only be considered where InkPig is responsible for a fault, including where Products:

• are materially defective
• are not printed in accordance with the approved Proof
• do not meet reasonable commercial printing standards

No refunds, returns, or reprints will be provided for:

• change of mind
• errors contained in approved Proofs
• issues arising from Customer-supplied Artwork
• minor colour, trimming, or finish variations inherent in commercial printing processes

If a Product is defective or incorrect due to an error by InkPig, the Customer must notify InkPig within 30 days of delivery.

Where InkPig is responsible for a fault, InkPig will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This may include a reprint, repair, or refund to the original payment method.

Where a return is required due to a fault caused by InkPig, InkPig will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights the Customer may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
