8. Delivery, Shipping, Risk, and Delays

8.1 Shipping Area

InkPig ships Products to New Zealand addresses only, including rural delivery. Delivery outside New Zealand is not available unless expressly agreed in writing prior to ordering.

8.2 Production and Dispatch

All Products are custom-made to order.

Production timeframes are estimates only and vary depending on Product type, order size, and finishing requirements.

  • Standard production: typically 1–3 business days

  • Larger or more complex orders: 5–10 business days or longer

Production commences once full payment is received and Artwork is confirmed as print-ready (or approved where a Proof is provided).

8.3 Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • North Island (urban): 1–3 business days

  • South Island (urban): 2–5 business days

  • Rural delivery: allow an additional 1–3 business days

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

8.4 Risk and Courier Responsibility

Risk in the Products passes to the Customer on Dispatch.

InkPig is not liable for loss, damage, or delay once Products are in the control of a third-party courier, or for delays caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including courier delays, rural delivery schedules, weather events, public holidays, supply-chain disruption, or equipment failure.

8.5 Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

Additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the Customer may be passed on to the Customer.

8.6 Delivery Issues

Any issues relating to delivery, including missing or damaged Products, must be notified to InkPig within 7 days of receipt. InkPig may require photographic evidence and courier documentation to assess any claim.
